There are a number of sea safaris on offer in the area, taking visitors out to visit Dingle’s most famous inhabitant Fungie the Dolphin, out to the stunning Blasket Islands - Dingle Bay Charters or simply around the bay - Skellig Adventures. The waters around the peninsula and islands are ideal for divers and Dive Dingle caters for all levels of ability and supplies all necessary equipment. Other activities available in the area include mountaineering, rock climbing, horse riding, canoeing all through Irish Adventures. The Dingle Peninsula has some really breathtaking landscape and there is a huge choice of marked walking and cycling trails of varying difficulty and length. The sandy beaches at Ventry and Inch are less than 10Km away.
This self catering accommodation in Dingle is a great base from which to tour the ‘Kingdom of Kerry’ being within easy reach of the Ring of Kerry, Killarney Lakes, and Killarney itself. There are a variety of quaint villages and seaside along the coast such as Ventry, Dunquin and Ballyferriter with the towns of Killorglin and Tralee less than an hour away.
