We provide a full marketing service for individual holiday cottages including full management of bookings and paymants. We can market the property by taking over full allocation and so being the sole agent for the house or by offering it on a request basis on our website and so allowing you to market it through more than one agent. However we do require owners to manage the on site meet & greet of clients and cleaning of the properties. Whoever is responsible for managing bookings onsite / managing availability for the cottage must have regular access to e-mail.
