Trident Holiday Homes Cancellation Policy

In light of the developing Covid-19 situation we would like to reconfirm our cancelation policy regarding Covid-19:

No travel restrictions in place – if you wish to cancel a booking because you are concerned about Covid-19 or perhaps someone in your group is self-isolating or sick then this is treated as a normal cancellation, the following is applicable in this event:

8 - 4 weeks before date of arrival: in all cases the Booking Fee is non-refundable, 50% of the total booking value is withheld plus a €49 administration fee.

4 - 2 weeks before date of arrival: in all cases the €49 Booking Fee is non-refundable, 75% of the total booking value is withheld plus a €49 administration fee.

Less than 2 weeks before arrival date: in all cases the €49 Booking Fee is non-refundable and 100% of the total booking value is withheld plus a €49 administration fee.

As a gesture of goodwill if we resell the date you wish to cancel then we will give you a partial refund less the Booking Fee paid. The partial refund will dependent on the rate we achieve for the same period you wish to cancel.

Cancellation Policy in the Event of a County or National Travel Ban

In the event of travel restrictions due to Government directive – in the event of a county or national travel ban and as per our terms and conditions this will be treated as ‘Force Majeure’. Therefore, if Trident Holiday Homes is forced to curtail, alter or cancel a holiday, we will allow you to carry forward amounts paid for accommodation (excluding the €49 Booking Fee) to another holiday taken at the same location within 12 months of your initial booking. We will also waive 50% of the applicable Booking Fee on any new booking.

The client shall not be at liberty to maintain a claim for compensation or otherwise arising as a consequence of the said curtailment, alteration or cancellation of the holiday.

Coming from the North - Belfast / Dublin / Dublin Airport / Dun Laoghaire

Take the M50 Southbound direction Wexford which eventually becomes the M11.

After Kilmacanogue continue on the M11. Pass the Delgany exit and take the next exit signposted for Greystones / Kilcoole.

Go straight through the first main roundabout and at the second roundabout, take the third exit signposted Kilcoole / Newcastle / Wicklow.

Go straight through the village of Kilcoole, continuing for approximately 800 yards until you see Coláiste Chroabh Abhann, Kilcoole Community Secondary School on left.

Take the first left after Coláiste Chroabh Abhann and our head office is located in the first building on the right after this school.

Trident Holiday Homes head office is on the left as you come through the main glass doors.

Coming from the South - Cork / Waterford / Wexford

Take the N11 northbound, continue passing exits for Wicklow / Ashford and take the exit for Newtownmountkennedy which is clearly signed.

Continue along the R772 for approximately 5 minutes until you come to the village of Newtownmountkennedy.

Take a right turn signposted for Kilcoole in the middle of the village.

Continue past the entrance to Druid’s Glen Golf & County Club on your right.

Take the next right turn into an industrial estate, go straight until you come to a T-junction, take a left at the T-junction a

Take the right before Coláiste Chroabh Abhann, Kilcoole Community Secondary School and our head office is located in the first building on the right after this school.
