The main bathroom is adjacent from the single bedroom and has a bath, sink, WC and hand basin.
Outside this coastal holiday home there is large lawned gardens. The property is accessed through electric gates. Garden furniture and BBQ are available for you and your guests to enjoy and dine al fresco in the summer months.
Hot water is heated via solar panels, ensuring there is always a good supply of hot water for guests. Wi-Fi is included. Heating and electricity are meter read and costs are payable directly to the on-site manager prior to departure. Where charges are not paid prior to departure, the costs will be charged against your security deposit.
The owner or their agent will be in touch with you in advance of your arrival for card details to act as a security deposit of €250 for your stay.
Connemara Championship Golf Links is just 9km from the holiday home and is one of the most picturesque golf courses in Ireland. After a challenging round of golf why not relax in the modern clubhouse overlooking this magnificent golf course.
Located at the edge of Mannin Bay near Ballyconneely is Coral Strand. Here you will find Mannin Bay Blueway which offers a lovely location for swimming, kayaking, snorkelling and exploring. The Coral Strand beach in Ballyconneely is unusual for its golden coral sand. It’s easy to access, with plenty of carparking space, and is known to be a slightly warmer swimming location than other beaches.
There are a number of festivals in Connemara during the year, including the Arts Festival in September, Clifden Traditional Music Festival and the popular Connemara Pony Show held every year on the third Thursday in August.
Connemara National Park which opened to the public in 1980 is 28km away from this self-catering holiday home in Ballyconneely. Connemara National Park is one of six national parks in Ireland and one of the top tourist attractions in Galway.

A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
