This 3 bedroom fully insulated home which sleeps 8 comfortably.It has a beautiful large bright fully equipped kitchen and full dining room.
The living room features a flat-screen tv and WIFI. You can also relax by the fireplace.
This is a 3-bedroom self-catering apartment sleeping 8 guests:
Ground Floor
- Bedroom 1: king-size bed ensuite sleeping 2
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: king-size bed and single bed sleeping 3
- Bedroom 3: 3 single beds sleeping 3
The spacious family bathroom has been newly renovated and contains an extra large modern shower with all electric fittings.
All beds have been replaced at beginning of 2023 featuring hotel-quality mattresses.
The bathrooms have been completely renovated.
Enjoy an outdoor chat with your friends and family in a large south-facing fully enclosed garden with a patio and dining table perfect for al fresco dining.
WiFi is available in the house; dedicated desk space is provided in the common area.
The house has been fully insulated with new triple-glazed windows and doors. Also, a new state of the art electric heating has been installed which is fully energy efficient leaving the house cosy and warm all year round.
About Ballyvaughan and the Burren
The lively seaside village of Ballyvaughan has an array of eateries, shops and traditional Irish pubs. The local Tea and Garden Rooms are well-known and people come from miles to savour the delicious homemade cakes and savoury dishes.
Young and old will enjoy a visit to Hazel Mountain Chocolates or visit the Burren Perfumery, a family company making perfumes and cosmetics inspired by the Burren landscape. Take a day trip to the Aran Island located off the coast of the Burren.
The blue flag beaches at Bishop’s quarter (5km) and at Fanore (15km) have sandy dunes and great waves with Surf camps on Fanore in the summer. The cottages at Ballyvaughan are a perfect touring base for West Clare.
You can enjoy an active or relaxing holiday from these wonderful cottages just a stone's throw away from the water’s edge.

IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Heating and Electricity:This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.

Booking conditions
From the booking date until 29 days before check-in, cancellation would have a penalty of 50% of the total price of the rent.
