This seaside and traditional style holiday cottage is a 5 minute walk from the picturesque village of Dunmore East in County Waterford. Dunmore East is a pretty seaside village with beautiful sandy beaches like Counsellor’s Strand and an active fishing harbour. The popular holiday village in Ireland's Sunny South East has a great selection of fine restaurants, pubs, shops and activities.
Should you wish to explore further afield, Bayview Holiday Home No.14 in Dunmore East is a great base for day trips to historic Waterford city, the amusements at Tramore, the wild coastline at Hook Head and the beautiful scenery around Passage East and Cheekpoint.
Bayview Holiday Home No.14 has the added bonus of a wonderful conservatory to the rear overlooking the enclosed garden. This lovely area is ideal for morning breakfast, relaxing in front of the large flat screen TV or unwind with a book after a day exploring this gorgeous county.

Located beside this cluster of holiday cottages is a large communal green area, ideally located away from the public road. Perfect for kids to enjoy long into the summer evenings after a day exploring the beautiful county of Waterford.
For a wonderful adventure and great day out try The Waterford Greenway, a spectacular 46km off-road cycling and walking trail along an old railway line between Waterford and Dungarvan. You and your guests will enjoy a beautiful journey across three tall viaducts from the river to the sea. If you are interested in cycling the Waterford Greenway, we would recommend booking your bikes in advance. A pick up and drop off shuttle bus service can be arranged from your holiday home in Dunmore East depending on group numbers. Bikes can be hired via Waterford Greenway Cycle Tour & Bike Hire however bookings must be made in advance and cannot be guaranteed during peak periods.

2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.

If someone stays a weekend the chances of selling the midweek days are remote off season. We would hope you would use Trident Holiday Homes again and check the website for the best deals. |

Very small I wish have liked if the floor in the sun room was washed.. it had stains from previous guess.. eg tea. Stains.. I do feel the cost of the accommodation is not just… but that’s something that will rectify with time.

Bizarrely, the internet hub was upstairs at the front which meant that the room used most, the conservatory had no coverage. The upstairs electric shower did not work at all despite us reporting this on the Sat of our arrival. The heating timer did nsee more

The heating timer did not work, also reported, and the booster timer was stuck, so we had to remember to turn it own and off. No timer on heating although we didn't really use it. Upstairs blinds stuck shut. Utilities costs very high. 63 Euros for heating at the end of May, and another 60 for electricity, which made the accommodation expensive.

Kim Judge was particularly helpful and did everything to make our stay a good one. We loved everything except 2 adults with 2 small children upstairs found the room needed to be darkened as it was very bright and babies woke at 4 am. Could dark blindsee more

The house was lovely, beds were very comfortable. There is a large Smart TV - Netflix was great for the evenings! Close to the beaches & lots of restaurants. The garden was enclosed, so nice and safe for our toddler to play in. We had a lovely weeksee more

Booking conditions
From the booking date until 29 days before check-in, cancellation would have a penalty of 50% of the total price of the rent.
Cancellation policies
In case of cancellation the following charges will apply
From the booking date until 29 days before check-in
50% of the total rent
From 28 days before check-in until 15 days before check-in
100% of the total rent
From 14 days before check-in until 9 days before check-in
100% of the total prepayment amount
From 8 days before, until the check-in
100% of the total prepayment amount
No-show
100% of the total rent
