For that much-loved photo, we’ve all seen and what to take visit Cuilcagh Boardwalk Trail. Enniskillen Castle 11 miles south of our lakeside holiday cottages and situated beside the River Erne was built almost 600 years ago by the ruling Gaelic Maguires. Guarding one of the few passes into Ulster; it has been strategically important throughout its history. Today, the historic site houses two museums, Fermanagh County Museum and The Inniskillings Museum.

Established in 1857 and 24 miles northwest of Manor Cottages is Belleek Pottery. The Neo-Georgian building is home to Ireland’s oldest working fine china pottery, producing more than 100,000 pieces of pottery annually.

The location of our holiday cottages in Fermanagh offers a great opportunity for a fishing holiday. Trout and salmon can be caught along this vast expanse of water on Lough Erne.
