It is very important that you call the On-site Manager at least 48 hours before your arrival date to make final arrangements for key collection and to confirm your estimated time of arrival.

Please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • New arrival time of 5.30 PM will be strictly enforced.

Self Catering Holiday Homes & Cottages in Kilkenny

County Kilkenny in the east of Ireland is a delight, a place of rolling hills with tiny roads navigating the valleys of peaceful rivers, stone walled estates and ancient castles and villages.

Some of the finest historical monuments such as Jerpoint Abbey, and the Kilkieran High cross are found here. Kilkenny is famous for its equestrian tradition and race meetings, and golfers are spoilt for choice, especially famous being the Mount Juliet Golf estate.

Its main attraction is probably its namesake city. This wonderful Norman city has medieval streets, imposing Kilkenny castle and historic St. Canice’s cathedral, craft studios and wonderful pubs and restaurants. It is no surprise that many craft workers and artists have set up their studios in the beautiful towns of Graiguenamanagh, Thomastown and Bennetsbridge, all set on the river in picture perfect settings.

There is a strong arts culture in Kilkenny, and annually in August the city buzzes during the Arts Festival which is an eclectic mix of music and theatre. Our stunning properties in Kilkenny at Thomastown and Piltown, are set in exquisite rural surroundings and are the perfect choice for those seeking a stylish rural retreat.
