From the terrace there are amazing views to the Mediterranean Sea.
When entering the apartment the open environment of kitchen and living present itself modern and absolutely bright. Through large sliding doors you have access to the west orientated terrace with dining area and few lounge seats.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with dish washer, hob, oven, freezer, fridge and cooler for the perfect temperature of your wines.
Passing the living you enter the bedroom area.
Master bedroom with 2 singles of 90*2.00 but standard prepared as a double bed and has an ensuite bathroom with toilet, bidet, single sink and large shower. From the master bedroom there is direct access to the terrace that is west orientated.
There is one TV with international channels in the property and is mounted on the wall in the master bedroom.
The second bedroom has 2 singles of 80*2.00 but standard prepared as a double bed. The second shared bathroom has a shower, toilet and single sink.
Just in front of the building you find the boardwalk were you can take a 6 km stroll between Puerto Banus and Marbella. Along the boardwalk there are fitness facilities free of use and various restaurants and bars.
There is a 24 hours security at the building.

Virkelig lækker lejlighed med alle de ting du skulle bruge.
ligger faktisk på strandpromenaden og 15 minutters gang til Puerto Banus samt i overkommelig gåafstand til Marbella.
