Great location and completely renovated (2019) this 3 bedroom, 2 bedroom apartment has a short distance to one of the best beaches of Marbella area in a very family friendly area.
Residencial El Arenal is located 450 meters from the beach and situated in a nice suburb of Marbella, called Costabella. The complex is completely gated.
The beach is one of the best on the coast because of its sandy surface and the level of the seawater from the shore is going slowly to the deeper water and is therefore very suitable for small children.
The apartment is built in a quiet and family friendly complex. It has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms and private parking in the underground garage. The complex includes 1 swimming pool.
When entering the apartment you find the fantastic modern open kitchen and living environment.
There are 3 bedrooms:
1 with a double bed 160 * 200cm
2 with 2 single beds 90 * 200cm.
3 with 1 bunkbed 90 * 200cm.
There are 2 bathrooms:
1 with bath tub, toilet, bidet and single sink
1 with shower, toilet and sink
Through sliding doors there is a functional terrace with dining area for 6 persons. The terrace is covered and give good shade during hot summer days.
The functional kitchen has refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, hob and an oven.
TV & WIFI
International Channels through IPTV. There is free WIFI in the apartment.
You do not need a car with this holiday home, since all is in walking distance; beach, supermarket, bakery, tennis, paddle club and pool club, playground and restaurants.
You can take a walk along the beach to the west and along the beach you find all kind of restaurants, bars and beach clubs and the typical Spanish chiringuitos (beach bars). Check out Bono’s Beach or South Beach with live entertainment throughout summer holidays.
Distance to the cozy old Town of Marbella is 5 km and it is a 15 minutes’ drive to the famous harbor of Puerto Banus, where high end designer shops, exclusive yachts, fast cars, discotheques and bars and a great variety of restaurants are presented.
Also in the middle of Europe’s greatest golf area with over 30 golf courses.

This ski paradise is not just for skiers, but attractive for the whole family regardless of age and fitness.
Sierra Nevada is a 2 hour drive from Marbella. You can easy drive back and forth on one day.
Normally closes Sierra Nevada in the first weekend in May.
