The urbanization Las Cascadas was built in the seventies in a typical Andalucian cosy style. This community consist of 3 low rise blocks with in total 24 apartments very near Las Brisas & Aloha Golf Club.
It is a quiet area though only 1,5 km to Avenida del Prado with the buzzing life of cafés & restaurants. To Puerto Banus it is 4 km. The harbour of Puerto Banus presents high end yachts, a large selection of designer shops, entertaining nightlife and restaurants & bars.
A little staircase will give access to this lovely ground floor apartment. The setup of the apartment is with an open living and kitchen and dining and has 3 bedrooms of which 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom. There are 2 modern bathrooms with shower, sink and toilet.
From the living and master bedroom there is direct access to the terrace area which is facing towards south. Consequently sun most of the day!
This property is the only property that has created a direct connection between the private terrace and the communal area. A great solution when children run back and forth requiring a refreshment! The private terrace has a dining table and chairs.
