This 3 bedroom apartment is situated in the area of Marbesa, Elviria, marbella a very
nice area on the beach side.
The apartment is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom ground floor apartment with direct access
to the swimming pool area from the spacious terrace that you acces from the the nice
big livingroom,.the kitchen is fully equipped and has an adjoining laundry room. It is
a very quiet area, 400 meters to the best beaches full of nice and cosy restaurants and
beach clubs.
Supermarket and golf are within walking distance, a perfect holiday spot
for families and golfers! The apartment is just renovated and equipped with all
amenities, this is an apartment to rent if you want to relax and enjoy yourself with
your family, you can watch the children in the community pool from the terrace and join them in 15 steps!
