Clifden Townhouse is a luxury holiday home available in Clifden town County Galway. Located in the heart of Clifden town this large 3 bed holiday home has a large balcony to the rear providing wonderful views of Clifden harbour and beyond.
Explore the Connemara region by day and have all the local bars and restaurants on your doorstep by night, a wonderful base for a self-catering holiday in Connemara.
Basement Level:
The beautiful modern kitchen has white marble countertops with mini island, perfect for entertain and food prepping. The kitchen is will equipped and will provide you with all the essentials necessary for a comfortable self-catering holiday in Ireland.
Within the kitchen there is a large dining room table and an extra seating area with free to air TV, a wonderful space for spending time together with family and friends. The large comfy sofas overlook the outdoor wooden balcony area via the large floor to ceiling windows and double glass patio doors.
Outside on the large balcony area you can sit back and enjoy the wonderful views over Clifden harbour or dine alfresco morning, noon and night whilst enjoy the beautiful views.
On this level there is also a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
Ground Floor:
The ground floor level encompasses a parlour style seating area with open fire to the front, and views on to Market Street in Clifden.
There is a bathroom with WC, sink and shower and utility cupboard with washing machine and dryer. To the rear is the main sitting room which also has its own decked area looking out over Clifden Harbour.
First Floor:
The first floor has a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. This room is beautifully furnished and offers multi-channel TV.
Second Floor:
On the second floor there is a very large bedroom with two double beds, sea views and multi-channel TV.
There is a total of three large balconies to the rear of this wonderful townhouse providing delightful views of Clifden harbour.
On-street parking is available and parking charges apply at certain times of the day. A free public car park or free street parking is available a short distance away from this holiday home.
Please note this property is not suitable for young children.

There is strictly no smoking or pets allowed at this holiday home.
Further afield and just a short drive away is Connemara National Park which is one of six national parks in Ireland. The park was established in 1980 and managed by the National Parks and Wildlife Service of the Department of Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht. Connemara National Park covers some 2,000 hectares of scenic mountains, expanses of bogs, heaths, grasslands and woodlands.
Kylemore Abbey is another top tourist attraction in Connemara County Galway and well worth a visit on your next self-catering holiday in County Galway.
Connemara’s rugged coastline boasts some of Ireland’s finest beaches, with stretches of pure white sands and turquoise waters. You will be spoilt for choice with the selection of sandy dotted along the coast on Galway’s Wild Atlantic Way. Two of Connemara’s must-see beaches are Dog’s Bay and Gurteen Bay a 30-minute drive from Clifden Luxury Townhouse.
For another day trip idea in Galway visit one or two of the many beautiful off shore islands such as Inishturk, Turbot and Omey Island.
Connemara is a much-loved and popular destination in Ireland for a family holiday or group getaway with friends. There are a variety of local activities, go golfing at Connemara Golf Club, walk the many sandy beaches and go horse-riding along the quiet country Connemara trails. There are a wide variety of water-based activities such as diving, snorkelling, kayaking and fishing.
The scenery surrounding our holiday home in Clifden is sure to provide a memorable self-catering holiday in Ireland.
This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.

Clifden Townhouse is the perfect social gathering space for a group or large family gathering. This luxury holiday home in Clifden is finished to a very high standard and spread over four floors with 3 large bedrooms sleeping 6 guests comfortably.Basement Level:

Beautifully finished townhouse, everything to a very high standard. Right in the middle of town but still with multiple large balconies looking across Clifden Bay. Very well equipped and furnished.
