Saltee View Holiday Home is a bright and airy holiday home, large kitchen and dining room is well-equipped providing everything you need for a relaxed self-catering holiday in Ireland, including a Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own coffee pods). It's bathed with natural light and has plenty of space for you and your guests. The living room contains comfy furnishings and a separate playroom with bean bags, a sofa and a television connected to a PS4.

Saltee View Holiday Home does not accept groups of young people (up to 25 years) or stag/hen parties.

Smoking is strictly forbidden at this holiday accommodation.

Guests are responsible for disposing of their own refuse at Saltee View Holiday Home. Bin disposal is available in the nearby village of Bridgetown, which is about an 8-minute drive from your holiday home. You can use the rubbish service and recycling facilities available on the grounds of Centra.
During peak season this holiday home is available on a Friday-Friday basis.

Kilmore is located 3km away which is home to Mary Barry’s Bar renowned for its extensive menu serving a selection of seafood landed locally in Kilmore Quay.

Kilmore Quay is a picturesque village located just 4.9km from Saltee View Holiday Home. You and your guests will be spoilt for choice with a variety of seafood restaurants with the fresh daily catch. There are also traditional pubs, a children’s playground, sandy coves and boat hire all in the beautiful fishing village of Kilmore Quay.

Things to See & Do in Wexford

Take a trip to the Saltee Islands which are situated 5km off the coast of Kilmore Quay in County Wexford. The larger of the islands The Great Saltee is famous with birdwatchers as the island is a sanctuary for so many different species such as the beautiful and very cute Puffin.

Walking the Ballyteige Burrow trail, one of the finest sand dune systems in the South East of Ireland. There are three trail options to choose from, along the beach, through the dunes or on the path by the fence that separates the dunes from the adjoining farmland. You will find an abundance of seabirds and wildlife around this nature reserve.

A little further afield is the bustling town of Wexford with many shops, restaurants, stunning blue flag beaches and a wide range of activities.

Pet-Friendly Holiday Home Note

If you reserve a pet-friendly holiday home and wish to bring a dog(s) charges apply. Charges are payable on-site to the On-site Manager @ €25 per dog, a maximum of two well-behaved house-trained dogs per booking is permitted. Dogs must be flea and worm treated. Please reserve at the time of booking via our call centre, as your dog(s) will not be accepted without prior confirmation.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Heating and Electricity:
This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.

2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
