Church Island View Holiday Home is close to the beach in Waterville and 15.5km from the beautiful blue flag sandy beach in Derrynane.

The pretty seaside village of Waterville is the only beachfront village on the famous Ring of Kerry route. Located on the Iveragh Peninsula, it is home to the Kerry Dark Sky Reserve –a perfect place for star gazing.
You will be surrounded by magnificent scenery and a variety of popular walks to explore from this large coastal holiday home. The trails that surround this holiday home make it an ideal base for a walking holiday in Ireland. Local activities for the whole family include guided seashore safaris, snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding, boat tours, and much more.
Trips to the Skellig Rocks depart from Ballinskelligs, which is 13 km from Waterville village. During the summer, there are fun festivals to attend, such as the Charlie Chaplin Comedy Film Festival in August. Waterville is also home to Waterville Golf Links, one of Ireland's top-ranked golf courses making it the ideal base for a golfing holiday on Ireland's Wild Atlantic Way.

2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.

This popular lough is just a few feet above sea level, with a stunning backdrop of majestic mountains and spruce forests.
