Take the chocolate Tour & Tasting at Hazel Mountain Chocolates in Ballharbour, where you’ll be enticed by heavenly scents as you watch chocolatiers hard at work or visit the Burren Perfumery which creates signature scents in the form of perfumes, creams, soaps and candles.

The River Shannon flows through part of the rolling countryside of East Clare, at your pace discover a variety of lovely riverside villages. Trident Holiday Homes Cancellation Policy

We would like to reconfirm our cancellation policy regarding Covid-19:

No travel restrictions in place – if you wish to cancel a booking because you are concerned about Covid-19 or perhaps someone in your group is self-isolating or sick then this is treated as a normal cancellation, the following is applicable in this event:

8 - 4 weeks before date of arrival: in all cases the Booking Fee is non-refundable, 50% of the total booking value is withheld plus a €49 administration fee.

4 - 2 weeks before date of arrival: in all cases the €53 Booking Fee is nonrefundable, and 75% of the total booking value is withheld plus a €49 administration fee.

Less than 2 weeks before arrival date: in all cases the €53 Booking Fee is nonrefundable and 100% of the total booking value is withheld plus a €49 administration fee.

As a gesture of goodwill if we resell the date you wish to cancel then we will give you a partial refund less the Booking Fee paid. The partial refund will depend on the rate we achieve for the same period you wish to cancel.

Cancellation Policy in the Event of a County or National Travel Ban

In the event of travel restrictions due to Government directives – in the event of a county or national travel ban and as per our terms and conditions this will be treated as ‘Force Majeure’. Therefore, if Trident Holiday Homes is forced to curtail, alter or cancel a holiday, we will allow you to carry forward amounts paid for accommodation (excluding the €53 Booking Fee) to another holiday taken at the same location within 12 months of your initial booking. We will also waive 50% of the applicable Booking Fee on any new booking.

The client shall not be at liberty to maintain a claim for compensation or otherwise arising as a consequence of the said curtailment, alteration or cancellation of the holiday.
