The terrace area of this property is enormous and provides a lounge area and a dining table for 4 persons.
This property is located in a first line urbanizacion in Calahonda, which is 15 km east of Marbella and close to amenities. The urbanization provides a main pool and a children’s pool.
Since a few years the Andalucian government are constructing a ‘board walk’ which should connect Estepona to Fuengirola. Many areas have completed and therewith you can take a bicycle from Cabopino to La Cala de Mijas or even further. You simply use the pedestrian gate from the pool area and you are on the boardwalk.
The property has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with sink, shower & toilet.. The shared bathroom has a shower, toilet and single sink. The kitchen is functional with hob, dish washer, fridge, freezer and washing machine.
The master bedroom has a double bed of 180x200
The second bedroom has a double bed of 160x200
The third bedroom has 2 single beds of 90x200
There is a recreational indoor area available in the urbanization.
