About Garryvoe
Garryvoe is a small village on the outskirts of Ballycotton Bay in County Cork. The famous Garryvoe Hotel and Leisure Club, including local shop and beautiful sandy beach are situated in the village. Garryvoe beach is a 5-mile stretch that is popular with kite and wind surfers. Take to the waves in nearby Whitegate at the Swell Surf School, which offers both one-on-one and group surfing lessons.
The Ballycotton Cliff Walk is well-known in the area for its breathtaking scenery and abundance of wildlife. Horse riding is available at Dunsfort and Ballyspillane Equestrian Centres, both of which are just a short drive from our self-catering holiday homes in Garryvoe in East Cork. Play a round of golf at the superbly situated Youghal Links Golf Club, or spend an hour at the Youghal Tennis Club.
Both Shanagarry and Ladysbridge villages, which include shops, pubs, and service stations, are a short drive away. Garryvoe is a convenient village to base yourself in because it is close to many of the best things to see and do in East Cork.

"House was very clean, with two recently renovated bathrooms, both with electric showers and wall heaters. Beds were very comfortable. Wifi and a smart TV in the sitting room were brilliant for the showery days. The orientation of the house meant sunshine filled the kitchen and sitting room throughout the day, keeping it warm. There were heaters in the rooms, but we did not need to use them. Lovely walk up and down to the beach every day. Would happily stay here again!"
