We’ve introduced a super low booking deposit to make planning your 2026 holiday easier and more affordable.
Book between 13 August and 31 December 2025 and you’ll only need to:
Pay 5% deposit at the time of booking, plus a €60 booking fee.
Pay the remaining 95% balance 120 days before your arrival.
For example, if your holiday home costs €1,000, your deposit is just €50, plus the €60 booking fee – that’s only €110 to secure your holiday spot!
These flexible payment terms are available until 31 December 2025. From 1 January 2026, the deposit will increase to 30% at the time of booking.

Instalment Plan for Even More Flexibility with Our Call Centre
When you book through our Call Centre, for most of our properties, we offer even greater payment flexibility and the option to spread the cost.
If you’d like to pay in more instalments than the standard two, our team can arrange a plan that fits your schedule – including monthly payments – as long as the booking deposit and €60 booking fee are paid at the time of booking and the balance is cleared before the 120-day deadline.

- Booking.com: Starting in October 2024, most bookings taken with Booking.Com at our properties will require 100% payment upfront, with a non-refundable policy.
- Airbnb: Currently, 50% is due at booking and the remaining 50% is paid 60 days before arrival, but cancellations result in the loss of the initial 50%.

What are the payment stages for the installment plan?
The payment plan is flexible to meet your needs. A 5% deposit must be paid at the time of booking, plus a €60 booking fee, with the 95% balance due 120 days before your arrival. If you’d like to spread the cost further, additional instalments can be arranged by calling our Call Centre.
What happens if I book less than 120 days before my stay?
If you book less than 120 days before your stay, full payment will be required, and the installment plan will not be available.
Are there any fees for using the installment plan?
No, there are no extra fees (including admin fee) for using the installment plan!
Can I pay in full upfront instead of in installments?
Yes, you’re welcome to pay in full upfront if you prefer!
What if I need to cancel my booking?
If you need to cancel your booking, our standard terms and conditions will apply.

You can use either a credit or debit card for the installment plan.

No, the same card must be used for all installments.

What happens if a payment fails?
If a payment fails, our standard terms and conditions will apply, meaning 40% is still due 8 weeks before your stay, with the remaining balance required 4 weeks prior.
