Instalment Plan for Even More Flexibility with Our Call Centre

When you book through our Call Centre, many of our holiday homes come with even more flexible payment options.

If you would like to spread the cost further than the standard deposit and balance payments, our team can set up a plan that works for you. This can include monthly instalments, once the 30% deposit and €60 booking fee are paid at the time of booking, and as long as the remaining balance is fully paid 56 days before arrival.

  • Booking.com: Starting in October 2024, most bookings taken with Booking.Com at our properties will require 100% payment upfront, with a non-refundable policy.

  • Airbnb: Currently, 50% is due at booking and the remaining 50% is paid 60 days before arrival, but cancellations result in the loss of the initial 50%.

Call Centre Opening Hours:

November – March
Monday to Thursday: 9.00 am to 5.30 pm
Friday: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm

April – May & September – October
Monday to Friday: 9.00 am to 5.30 pm

June – August
Monday to Friday: 9.00 am to 5.30 pm
Saturday: 11.00 am to 5.30 pm (with a service break from 1.30 pm to 2.00 pm)

The payment plan is flexible to suit your needs. A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, plus a €60 booking fee, with the remaining 70% balance due 56 days before arrival. If you would like to spread the cost further, additional instalments can be arranged by contacting our Call Centre.

If you book less than 56 days before your stay, full payment will be required at the time of booking.

No, there are no extra fees (including admin fee) for using the installment plan!

Yes, you’re welcome to pay in full upfront if you prefer!

If you need to cancel your booking, our standard terms and conditions will apply.

You can use either a credit or debit card for the installment plan.

No, the same card must be used for all installments.

Yes, you will receive reminders before each installment is due.

Yes, the installment plan is available for international bookings!

If a payment fails, our standard terms and conditions will apply, meaning 40% is still due 8 weeks before your stay, with the remaining balance required 4 weeks prior.

Yes, the installment plan can be combined with any discounts or offers!
