Ballyconneely Holiday Home is a large and modern lake side holiday home in County Galway, with breath-taking views of the peaceful countryside. This wonderful holiday accommodation has mountain views from the front and picturesque views of Murlach Lake to the rear.
From Ballyconneely Holiday Home you have the bonus of being just a short stroll from Ballyconneely village which has everything you will need for a very enjoyable and memorable self-catering holiday in Connemara located on the west coast of Ireland.
There are two large dining tables adjacent to the lounge area providing beautiful lake views through large floor to ceiling glass windows and double doors. The glass double door opens out on to a paved patio area with outside seating perfect for alfresco dining. The views from this outside area are outstanding, a perfect place to relaxing and unwind on your next self-catering holiday in Connemara.
Continuing on from the dining room and to the left you will find an additional and modern lounge area with comfortable seating and multi-channel TV. Yet more space to relax and enjoy the spectacular views.
The large and bright kitchen is well equipped with all the necessities you would expect for a self-catering holiday home in Ireland. The utility room houses the washing and drying machine and will provide extra storage for you and your guests on your self-catering holiday in Ballyconneely, perfect for wetsuits, rain jackets and much more.
This large holiday home also has an additional sunroom with TV and comfortable seating to the rear of the property. In this room you and your guests can enjoy views of the magnificent Murlach lake.

Ballyconneely Holiday Home has ample parking for you and your guests. There is also the added bonus of a roof terrace with comfortable garden furniture with views of Murlach lake.
Linens and towels are included. Heating oil and electricity is metered upon arrival and departure and usage are payable directly to the On-site Manager.
This is not a pet-friendly holiday home and there is strictly no smoking at this holiday home.

Connemara Championship Golf Links is just 5.9km from the holiday home and is one of the most picturesque golf courses in Ireland. After a challenging round of golf why not relax in the modern clubhouse overlooking this magnificent golf course.
Located at the edge of Mannin Bay near Ballyconneely, the Coral Strand offers access to the Mannin Bay Blueway, a lovely location for swimming, kayaking, snorkelling and exploring. The Coral Strand in Ballyconneely is unusual for its golden coral sand. It’s easy to access, with plenty of carparking space, and is known to be a slightly warmer swimming location than other beaches.
There are a number of festivals in Connemara during the year, including the Arts Festival in September, Clifden Traditional Music Festival and the popular Connemara Pony Show held every year on the third Thursday in August.
Kylemore Abbey is another top tourist attraction in Connemara County Galway and well worth a visit on your next self-catering holiday in County Galway.
Connemara National Park which opened to the public in 1980 is 24km away from this self-catering holiday home in Ballyconneely. Connemara National Park is one of six national parks in Ireland and one of Ireland’s top tourist attractions.

In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
