Teolaí Holiday Home is a fabulous seaside holiday accommodation located in an idyllic setting beside Roney Beach in Ballygarrett County Wexford. This gorgeous holiday home is located on a quiet country road, a 10-minute walk from Roney beach which is a half sand and a half rock beach. The nearest fully sand beach is Ballymoney which is a 10 minute drive away.
Enjoy a game of tennis on your own private tennis court, ideally the court is located beside the large patio and BBQ area. A large and beautifully landscaped garden wraps around this seaside holiday home offering a tranquil haven of peace and quiet with only the sound of the sea for company.
Spend quality time with family and friends in the large open plan living room and kitchen area. The living room has a wood burning stove, TV and comfortable furnishings. Relax by the wood burning stove after a busy day exploring the many tourist attractions in County Wexford.

Outside the beautiful garden has outdoor furniture perfect for relaxing or enjoying a summer bbq. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. Private tennis court so please remember to pack the tennis rackets.
Gorey renowned for its great shopping is only a 15 minute drive from Teolaí Holiday Home. This well-known and vibrant town has a great selection of boutique shops, bookstores, cafes, beauty salons, restaurants and lively pubs.
Wexford Opera House plays host to the opera festival held annually in the Autumn, with an array of talented performers. Every September The Blackwater Valley Opera Festival takes place in the breathtakingly beautiful surroundings of Lismore Castle in County Waterford.

This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
