Ballynahinch Holiday Home – Sleeps 7Located beside the Connemara Greenway Ballynahinch Holiday Home is reachable via a private road at Ballinafad. Situated in a natural woodland this spacious and luxury holiday home stretches over two floors.
On the ground floor there is a large living room, spacious open plan kitchen and dining room. The pretty and spacious kitchen is very well equipped providing all you need for a comfortable self-catering holiday in Ballynahinch. The dining table offers ample seating and space providing a relaxing space for mealtimes with family and friends. The kitchen and dining room area overlook the custom-built BBQ and outdoor seating area. A wonderful space for relaxing after a day exploring Connemara and the surrounding enchanting woodlands.
The separate utility room has a large fridge freezer, separate freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer, a great space for extra storage. Plus there is a small WC located off the utility room.
From the living room you can enjoy views of the surrounding countryside, greenway and woodlands. The living room has comfortable furniture, a wood burning stove, large flat screen TV with Sky TV channels. The upper floor is accessible by carpeted stairs which has three large bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms.

The estate has 6km of walking trails along Ballynahinch River and within the woodland with ancient oak and beech trees. Holiday guests often spot otters, kingfisher or dippers diving into the water. The Owenmore River is also home to salmon and trout, a wonderful place for fly fishing. Explore the Railway Loop, which was once the Galway to Clifden railway line. Situated between the Atlantic Ocean and the Twelve Bens a magnificent mountain range of mostly sharp-peaked quartzite summits and ridges located in the Connemara National Park in County Galway. The town is packed with quirky shops, art galleries, unique décor shops, traditional Irish pubs, restaurants, and cosy cafes.

Connemara is a popular holiday destination with an abundance of local tourist attractions and outdoor activities available locally. The area surrounding Ballynahinch Holiday Home is home to some of Ireland’s finest beaches, with stretches of pure white sands and turquoise waters. From its beautiful scenery, remarkable beaches, unique restaurants and cosy traditional pubs Connemara is the perfect place to unwind, let loose and savour all the west coast of Ireland possesses.
Pet Friendly Holiday Home in GalwayBallynahinch Holiday Home is a pet-friendly holiday home. This property will accept a maximum of 1 dog. Please reserve at the time of booking via our call centre +353 (0)1 201 8440, as your pet will not be accepted without prior confirmation. Pets are not permitted in the bedrooms, on carpeted areas or on the furniture. Pets must not be left in the property unsupervised and must be exercised off premises. Where the number of pets is exceeded, or additional cleaning is required due to pets being on furniture, carpets or beds, the charge for the additional cleaning will be made against your security deposit.

IMPORTANT NOTES1. Heating and Electricity:
This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
