This coastal luxury holiday home sleeping 6 (8 on request) is located in the stunning setting of Cashel Bay’s shore and gives you direct access to the sea. You will not be disappointed with the surroundings being offered with the Cashel Bay view to the rear and the Cashel Hill to the front of this beautiful property.
Cashel Bay Holiday Home is a perfect choice for friends and family looking to stay in luxurious and secluded accommodations, just a short drive away from the nearby attractions and towns.
The hall entrance opens to a modern and very well-equipped kitchen, including a Quooker - the instant boiling water tap.
An open-plan dining room is fitted with comfortable furniture and a large-screen TV. Enjoy some fun time with your friends and family while playing (provided) board games or simply relax reading a book soaked in the tranquil countryside views.
The comfortably furnished additional lounge room has a burning stove and a large French door giving you instant access to the private deck at the rear of the holiday home.
A large and modern family bathroom is located on the first floor, fitted with a lovely freestanding bathtub, shower, basin and WC. A second shower room with WC is available on the lower level.

The annex is available on request, please let our team know you would like to avail of this option. The accommodation is over two levels. On the lower level is a small living room, and a bathroom with WC and shower, and on the upper floor is a loft bedroom with a double bed.
Outside there is garden space with a decked area around the property and some comfortable garden furniture provided.
Wi-Fi is available and included in the rental fee.
This is a pet-friendly Holiday Home and you can bring 1 pet with you.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
The house is a perfect base for exploring the region, or indeed, just for rest and relaxation. Cashel Hill stands majestic at the top of the bay, and it is worth taking a trek up this hill to experience the panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and breath-taking seascapes.
Networks of lakes lie amid the bogs, ideal for trout fishing.
The Twelve Bens and Maamturk Mountains are to the north and the sandy coves and blue waters of Bertraghboy Bay offer idyllic and tranquil scenery for all to enjoy.
The nearest restaurant and bar are 2km away at Cashel House, and 3km to Johnny O Loughlin Bar at the Zetland. Ballynahinch Castle’s Fishermans Bar and Owenmore Restaurant are just 8km from the property, a short drive of about 10 minutes.
Enjoy the wonderful woodland walks and Connemara greenway at Ballynahinch, a perfect way of surrounding yourself in the Connemara landscape.
Roundstone Village is 11km away and offers a grocery store, restaurants, cafes and bars, and just along the coast past Roundstone are the picturesque Dogs Bay and Gurteen beaches with their white sands and turquoise waters.
Clifden town, the largest town in Connemara, is 19km away, or approximately a 20-minute drive and offers a wider range of supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants, cafés, and services.
The heart of the Connemara Gaeltacht can be reached by car within 20 minutes. Local activities include fishing, shooting, hill walking, pony trekking, golf, boat trips and much more.

This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.
