Description
Letterfrack Holiday Home is large pet-friendly property, ideal for a large group who wish to holiday in Connemara.
This large holiday home sleeps 12 and is located in the village of Letterfrack, close to Connemara National Park, Kylemore Abbey and Killary Fjord. This property is just a short stroll from local bars, restaurants and shops with wonderful views of Diamond Hill.
The kitchen has all modern conveniences including microwave, kettle, toaster, gas cooker with electric oven.
The living room area is over 2 sections and has a wood burning stove, comfortable seating, multi-channel TV, DVD player and double doors out to the back of the property.
Utility room with washing machine and dryer.
The 6 bedrooms are all very spacious, have wooden floors and furniture.

There is oil fired central heating throughout property and ample parking located beside the property. WIFI, electricity and heating are included in rental price.
This is a no smoking property.

This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.
2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.

Letterfrack Holiday Home is a pet-friendly holiday home. This property will accept a maximum of 1 dog. Please reserve at the time of booking via our call centre +353 (0)1 201 8440, as your pet will not be accepted without prior confirmation. Pets are not permitted in the bedrooms, on carpeted areas or on the furniture. Pets must not be left in the property unsupervised and must be exercised off premises. Where the number of pets is exceeded, or additional cleaning is required due to pets being on furniture, carpets or beds, the charge for the additional cleaning will be made against your security deposit.For more attractions and local amenities check the Points of Interests dropdown menu within Map and Distances section at the end of the page.
