Here’s How the Holiday Payment Plan Works:
- 20% Deposit – Pay a 20% deposit at the time of booking to secure your holiday.
- 40% Payment – Due 8 weeks before your stay.
- Final 40% Payment – Due 4 weeks before arrival.
This straightforward plan gives you a clear schedule and ensures everything is settled well before your holiday begins.
Compare Our Payment Terms to Other Platforms
Unlike Booking.com, which requires full payment upfront with a non-refundable policy starting October 2024, our approach is different.
Airbnb requires 50% at booking, with the remaining balance due 60 days before arrival. If you need to cancel, you lose that initial 50%.
In contrast, our plan allows you to secure your stay with just a 20% deposit. You can then manage your payments over time, making it easier for you to enjoy your holiday without the financial stress.
