Another added bonus is that this ideally located holiday cottage in Donegal is pet-friendly. Little Irish Cottage is the perfect holiday destination for a dog-friendly holiday in Ireland. The surrounding country lanes and seaside location makes this holiday cottage an ideal base for a dog friendly holiday in Ireland.
The farmhouse style kitchen is well equipped providing you with all you need for a comfortable self-catering holiday in Ireland. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer located in the utility room.
In the evening retreat to the cosy living room and enjoy an open traditional turf fire, the perfect sanctuary for a relaxing holiday. This room has a TV (for DVD use only), DVD player, selection of DVDs, children’s games and wooden floor.

Carrick is a small village located within the parish of Glencolmcille in County Donegal. In Carrick there are a number of traditional Irish pubs, two grocery shops, a café, church and post office.
From here you can visit Slieve League or Slieve Liag, a mountain on the Atlantic coast. Hike to the top of the Sliabh Liag and enjoy some of the highest marine cliffs in Europe. Along route you will encounter a number of lakes and at the base there is a beach of pure white sand that is only approachable by boat.
Fabulous sightseeing excursions can be booked from nearby Teelin Pier 14 km away. View the sea cliffs from the boat as they tower 600 metre above. Visitors are often joined by dolphins, whales, seals and basking sharks a wonderful experience on your next self-catering holiday Donegal.
